I do not know how to update my DJI Mini 3 Pro. Alright, I have had this device for about two weeks. Yesterday, when I flew it, my screen said that a firmware update was required, so I clicked to initiate the update. No issue, even though I was only a short distance from my house—the screen indicated that I had no network connection. I decided to give it another go when I am seated in front of my computer today. I visited the DJI website, and the AI is obviously worthless. It instructed me to click on the connection instructions by looking in the lower right corner. Any thoughts?
Hello, I just received my Mini 4 Pro yesterday and experienced some firmware upgrade issues as well. I finally used my phone as a hot spot and connected to it using the wifi settings (on my RC2 controller) because my Internet wasn’t working properly. Therefore, you would need to utilize the DJI Fly app on your phone or, if your controller has a screen, your controller. You should be prompted to initiate the update after you select the option to search for one in your settings once you reach the DJI Fly screen. Try downloading the DJI Assistant 2 from the DJI website (there are tutorials on YouTube) if that doesn’t work. This essentially launches the program.
