Wipe it down with an alcohol wipe, and it’ll look good as new. My Air 3S sometimes turns into a bug blender too.

Bug guts for sure. Check your propellers, you might have some chips or scratches from hitting them.
Maybe bee or dragonfly poop? If you flew through a swarm, they could’ve freaked out and left a little ‘gift’ on your drone.
I’ve had yellow paste before… maybe different bug flavors?
