Absolutely! So, what do you guys think about Vivo’s latest patent? They’re talking about incorporating a flying camera right into their smartphones! Can you imagine that? I’m curious to hear your thoughts.
Do you reckon this could completely change how we snap aerial shots?
Someone tries to shoot a selfie on top of a mountain using their new drone phone. Then, a light gust of wind propels the drone away, never to be discovered again. A drone this little will have problems outside of a building.
I think it’s an interesting concept, but I believe the drone shouldn’t detach in the air. Instead, they should use a small connection wire. This would solve a few problems:
Battery Issues: The drone could fly for a much longer time.
Camera Quality: The wired connection would allow for the attachment of a higher-quality, more expensive camera.
Of course, flying with a wire would require careful testing and planning, especially since the wire is small. However, if I were Vivo, this is the approach I would take.
In reality, the feasibility of such an idea remains questionable given current technology. Vivo faces several evident hurdles to overcome, such as potential issues with wind turbulence affecting the lightweight and compact flying camera, which could lead to shaky and unstable footage.
