Fixed it! It was faulty firmware. I reinstalled the newest firmware, and now everything works fine!
I think this happened to me once. The battery was too hot to charge. Try removing the battery and using a fresh one. Let the battery cool down after flying before charging it.

I flew it yesterday and left it off for 12 hours. Just put it in the charger this morning.

No, an overheated battery is when LED 4 blinks three times per second.
