What is the cheapest remote ID solution?

Building a drone, but I need a remote ID. I looked into a few modules, such as the Holy Stone Remote ID and the HolyBro Dev module. But the holy stone cost more than $100, and the holybro wasn’t FAA registered.

It is somewhat compatible because I do have a Pixhawk V2.4.8 Flight controller with GPS.

The cheapest remote ID solution involves using a software-defined radio (SDR) with open-source software like OpenSky Network or ADS-B Exchange to receive and decode aircraft ADS-B signals, providing basic remote identification capabilities without expensive proprietary equipment.

The Dronetag BS is a compact and affordable Remote ID solution tailored for FPV drone pilots, model aircraft enthusiasts, and other recreational fliers. It allows compliance with regulations without compromising payload capacity.
