It definitely will ban all Chinese drones, and it’s expected to be signed this week.

The order just tells agencies to investigate if Chinese drones really pose a threat to US intelligence like some say. If they don’t, there won’t be a ban and all this talk will go away. That’s what the order actually says.

Hopefully that’s how it turns out. I’m just tired of these Chinese drone bans popping up every few years.

Sadly, this might speed up the end for DJI. Instead of waiting for a final ban at the end of the year, they might push to get it done faster. Or maybe DJI will be cleared, but who really thinks that will happen? It sucks. Drones don’t have many friends in government and they want affordable ones like DJI gone. They’ll use any excuse to make it happen, just faster now.

Are you blind? The link says Trump is signing an executive order banning Chinese drones, including DJI.

I’m not blind. You don’t understand verb tenses. You can’t prove Trump has already signed a ban on DJI drones.

That was May 30th. It’s the week they’re expected to sign it. DJI probably heard about it and stopped selling to the US since orders would get blocked at customs, wasting time and money.

My Air 2S went crazy today. Lost signal instantly, didn’t come home, and wasn’t where the find my drone said. Didn’t crash or fall. Maybe this is how they’re handling it. I use mine for farming and this sucks. Drones really helped me out. Looks like we won’t be allowed to have eyes in the sky anymore in the new America.
