Does anyone know what the payload capacity is for a Potensic ATOM drone?
It has no payload. It wasn’t made to carry anything extra.

I see, but I just want to know what the limit is. I’m looking for a drone that can carry about 300g and costs under 500 on Amazon.
@Tatum
Not going to find that for that price.

What about 150g of payload?

The closest you’ll get is the Mavic 3 Enterprise, but it only holds 135g. It’s way over your budget though.

I saw online that the Ruko F11 Pro can carry up to 300g. Is that true?
@Linden
But it says online it can hold at least 300g. What do you think about that?

Where did you see that? The official specs don’t mention a payload weight, and the company recommends not adding extra weight.
@Linden
Oops, I must have read it wrong. Is there really no drone that can carry at least 150g for under 500€?

Nope. Most drones are built to carry cameras, and that’s the only extra weight.
You could try building one yourself to carry that weight though.
@Linden
Dang, okay. What about a DJI Phantom? They’re pretty cheap second-hand. Do you know how much they can carry?

This comment is empty, admin should fix

Unless you’re building it yourself, you won’t find anything close to that with a low budget. Drones are expensive because of the cameras, battery life, and features. Most drones are made for photography, so if you need one for payload, you’ll need a bigger battery and lower camera specs.
For example, the DJI Flycart is their heavy-lift drone, but it only has a 1920*1440 camera at 30fps because you don’t need anything more for carrying stuff.
@Kim
Thanks for the info. I just need something under 500€ that can carry at least 100g for a project. I saw a DJI Phantom 3 can carry 2.5 lbs in a YouTube video. Is that realistic? (I have no experience with drones)
@Tatum
Most of those are at least 800 bucks, and whether they work well or not is questionable. The Phantom line was discontinued around 4 years ago, so you’d need to find a phone that works with the software. Also, you’ll have to hope the batteries are still good, as they can die over time. You probably won’t find new batteries for it either.
Also, your payload value seems to change a lot since you went from 300g to 100g. This is important because smaller motors will burn out faster, and you’ll need to size the battery properly. You could also look into fishing drones, but they start at about 2000€.
Unless you find a really good deal on a second-hand Phantom, you’re probably out of luck. But if you do find one, make sure to test it first to make sure it works.
@Kim
Thanks so much for the help!
