Where can I find replacements for VTI (Vivitar) FPV DUO propellers and batteries?

Hey everyone, I bought a VTI FPV DUO drone from Walmart. The problem is, I can’t find extra batteries or propellers for it.

The propellers are single blades that screw onto each side of the motor, and they’re 2 1/4 inches long.

The battery just says “7.6V/1950mAh 14.82Wh”. It’s a Li-Polymer Battery.

I’m really frustrated! I just got a new drone, but the company doesn’t sell spare parts, not even batteries or blades! My blades broke right away, and now it’s useless. This feels like a total rip-off for $250.

for me I could only find DJI Mini 2 blades locally for $6.99 at Best Buy. Unfortunately, the longer screws have a different thread and won’t fit my FVP Duo. Despite being extremely similar, the blades would work great if the screws had the correct thread pattern.

That’s super frustrating! It’s a bummer when a new drone can’t fly because of unavailable parts.

What you should do @Andrew contact the manufacturer or search online retailers [online marketplaces selling drone parts] or Search for forums specific to your drone model.

What I can advise is to do the research first if the parts are available before you go for it.

It’s very disappointing when the screws don’t fit! Different thread patterns can cause issues, even if the blades are compatible.

Here’s what to consider:

If you’re having trouble finding screws that work, you might need to look

into blades specifically made for your FPV Duo.

While this may not be as cost-effective as reusing the Mini 2 blades, it will ensure everything fits correctly.

After speaking with tech support for a little while, I learned that they don’t produce replacement components for the drone. Both batteries and blades are absent from them. What a swindle! A drone that you can’t buy parts for is of no use. Within the first five minutes of receiving the drone, I shattered my blades. This drone is worthless without parts, so avoid purchasing it. 250 dollars of waste.

I’ve got four already. Now I know to do my homework before I go :joy:
