Tried everything I can think of… updated firmware, restarted, tried pairing over and over, nothing! My controller won’t even show it as an option. I’m in Norway about to head to the Fjords, and the damn drone won’t work! Any ideas?
Pretty sure the Neo uses the DJI RC2, but the Mavic 3 series works with a different RC. DJI loves making random compatibility issues with different Occusync versions

According to DJI’s FAQ, the Flip is only compatible with:
- DJI RC 2 Remote Controller
- DJI RC-N3 Remote Controller
- DJI RC-N2 Remote Controller
It’s basically just a Mini 4 Pro in disguise.
You should check compatibility before buying. Sounds like you’re stuck using your phone or flying in autonomous mode. You might need to find a store that sells the right RC.

It was sold with this controller.

That doesn’t sound right. Either it wasn’t, or you’re calling it by the wrong name.
Did you buy it new and sealed? Post a pic of the controller so we can see what you’re working with.
Did you update the app to the latest version? Try deleting and reinstalling it.
