I’ve noticed a large drone (somewhere between 4 and 12 feet wide) with a loud combustion engine flying over my house every month or so for the past year and a half. Today I finally got a closer look at it, and I made a rough sketch of its silhouette. Does anyone have any idea what type of drone it might be?
So far, we have these guesses: police, military, agriculture, mapping, wildlife monitoring, or just an amateur hobbyist.
One of these could be right, haha.

Some people have even said it might not be a drone at all.
@Flynn
My guess is UFO, honestly.
Well, technically, until you identify it, it is an unidentified flying object.

They call them UAPs now, just so you know.
@Orion
What do unifi access points have to do with this?

I can see where you’re coming from with that… lol.

Correction noted: UAPs definitely look like UAPs.

Maybe someone is actually flying an access point?

Kind of like how “the weather” is now “climate change”?
Well, technically, until you identify it, it is an unidentified flying object.
Once it’s identified as a UFO, doesn’t it just become an IFO (identified flying object)?
@Flynn
Where are you located? That could help narrow it down a lot.
@An
It’s aliens.
It usually flies just above the tree line and then turns around, coming from a different direction each time. This time it flew directly overhead, but I lost it in the sun before I could get a photo.

That style sounds like it could be used by law enforcement.
