Anyone else had really good support from DJI?

I had trouble connecting DJI Assistant 2 with my 03 air unit and thought the issue was with the VTX. Turned out it was a problem with the Windows computer and Assistant software. To my surprise, the person I spoke with at DJI customer support sent me a free 128GB SD card. I never expected such great service from a big company. Has anyone else had a similar experience with DJI?

They’re almost too nice. I hate it when they call me about returns I’ve made.

I can understand that. Getting too many follow-up calls can definitely be annoying.

They’re always great in my experience.

Asian customer service can be overly polite at times, but it works. I once spent months with them discussing a product issue. They eventually gave me a memory card and fixed the issue in a firmware update.
