I currently have a DJI Mini 3 Pro which does not offer thermal imaging. I’m looking for a relatively affordable drone with thermal capabilities or an attachment I can add to my current drone.
There’s nothing affordable about thermal imaging drones. Believe me, I checked.

What if you didn’t check good? What is your “checking” credentials? Can you show me some stuff you checked that had the same result?
Is it official?
@Jaden
He searched with a custom-built drone price-checking drone. That’s how he knows.
Thermal and affordability don’t go together. And if they do, don’t buy it. I have the same drone, and my dad once asked me to ‘turn on the thermal’ to find a lost calf lmao.
NV/thermal and affordable isn’t a thing.

Are you aware that technology advances and becomes cheaper? Eventually, you’ll be able to find a more affordable option.

The OP asked about what is available now, though. Yes, hopefully, it will change in the future.
Best guess would be a Mavic 2 Enterprise Advanced, but that’s still around 4K or so. These things simply aren’t cheap.
Autel Evo II Dual 640T, DJI Mavic 2 or 3 with thermal options. Those are really the only ‘good’ or ‘decent’ thermal drones available under $6,000. Around $2,000 is pretty cheap for a good thermal drone, so I’d suggest saving until you’re in the $3K-$4K range for something worthwhile.
I’ve looked into the Mavic Enterprise Dual, but the lowest price I can find is nearing 2K

That’s not bad. My Air2S was $1K brand new, just the drone. So $2K with thermal sounds about right.

Yeah, that’s cheap for thermal…
Anyone using a thermal drone for work? Curious about real-life applications.

I got a Mavic 2 Enterprise Thermal for $2,200 on eBay. It came with a hard case, large screen control, spotlight, and loudspeaker. It’s pretty fun for the price, even just for goofing around. But if you’re serious, it’s a good buy.
